Add a New Contact Manually without Import:

  1. At the top right of the page, click on the blue circle button with a plus sign in it.
  2. Click New Individual from the drop down
  3. Add First and Last Name
  4. Click Create Account
  5. On the top of the page in the search box, type in the name of the Contact
  6. Click on the name of the contact you want to open the Contact
  7. On the left hand side, click About
  8. On the right hand side, click Edit button
  9. Complete all information correctly
  10. Click Save

 

Adding a Contact of a First Temperament Assessment Registrant Manually without Import:

  1. Add contact and all their contact details (click the plus sign at top right, click new individual, add first name and last name and click Create Account).
  2. Open up the contact using the search bar. Click Edit and add the rest of their contact details including email, phone number and full address.
  3. Under Account Details – Add TA Inquiry and their designation (Personal, Visiting and/or Assisted)
  4. Under Dog Information – Add the dog’s breed, age, designation (personal, visiting and/or assisted), click yes to Aggression, Therapy Dog Meaning 1 and 2, Waiver 1 and 2.
  5. Under Notes – upload the temperament assessment document (save it to your desktop and then upload to Notes with the title and Note text “Temperament Assessment”)

 

Add a Volunteer Manually without Import:

  1. Add contact and all their contact details (click the plus sign at top right, click new individual, add first name and last name and click Create Account).
  2. Open up the contact using the search bar. Click Edit and add the rest of their contact details including email, phone number and full address.
  3. Under Account Details – Add Volunteer
  4. Under Volunteer Information – Add all the data from the Volunteer form including all selected skills
  5. Under Notes – upload the Volunteer form (save it to your desktop and then upload to Notes with the title and Note text “Volunteer Form”)
  6. Click Save

 

Adding Events:

  1. Click Events
  2. Click New Event
  3. Name: Name of Event (The facility, Conference, Place of Visit etc…)
  4. Summary: what the event is for (de-stressing, visit, special event etc…)
  5. Event Description: click the link button, then click upload. Upload the visiting request form. You can save the email with the form on to your desktop and then upload to NEON.
  6. Start Date: The date they requested the visit.
  7. End Date: The date they requested the visit.
  8. Start time: The time they request to start. If there is no time, leave blank.
  9. Event Location: Add the City
  10. Click Submit

 

Memberships

Click Dashboard drop down and click on Memberships

This is our Membership Dashboard page of All our memberships.

  • Adoption Certified
  • Adoption Non Certified
  • Non Adoption Certified

At the bottom of the Membership Dashboard page, you will see the box called Membership Stats.

Under Current Members, you will find all the Members in our system

Click on the highlighted number under Current Members to open the list of Members in one of our three categories.

 

Add a New Member

  1. On the top of the page in the search box, type in the name of the Contact
  2. Click on the name of the contact you want to open
  3. On the left hand side list, click on Memberships
  4. On the right hand side, click the New Membership button
  5. Click the correct Membership Term
  6. Click the correct Membership Level
  7. Put 0$ as Term Fee
  8. Add start and end date (end date is the next renewal month. Either May 31st or November 30th)
  9. Click Add Membership
  10. Click Submit

 

Relationships

All contacts must be in the system to be able to create Relationships.

  1. On the top of the page in the search box, type in the name of the Contact
  2. Click on the name of the contact you want to open
  3. On the left hand side list, click on Relationships
  4. On the right hand side, click the New Relationship button
  5. Click To Individual
  6. Type name of individual
  7. Add Roles of both contacts
  8. Add any notes
  9. Click Create Relationship

 

Add Notes, Upload Documents and add Pictures to a Contact

  1. On the top of the page in the search box, type in the name of the Contact
  2. Click on the name of the contact you want, to open the Contact
  3. On the left hand side list, click on Notes
  4. On the right hand side, click the New Note button
  5. Add the name of the document that you are uploading as the Title.
  6. Add a note of what the documents are in the Note Text box
  7. Under File Upload, Click to Upload documents and pictures (repeat for all separate files)
  8. Click Save

 

Renewal

  1. Login
  2. Choose My Membership from the drop down menu
  3. Choose Renew Now
  4. Choose Non Adoption Certified or Adoption Certified
  5. Make the payment
  6. Automatically redirected to upcoming events or chooses Re-Evaluation Registration from the drop down menu
  7. Registrant chooses what date they are attending the Re-Evaluation from available dates
  8. Choose the event and register attendance
  9. A renewal payment receipt is sent to the registrant
  10. An automatic email is sent to confirm re-evaluation date has been scheduled (both to the registrant and ourselves)
  11. One automatic email reminder of the scheduled re-evaluation date is sent

 

Online Store

  1. Login
  2. Choose Companion Paws Program
  3. Choose the program for their Province
  4. Make the payment
  5. A purchase receipt is sent to the registrant
  6. An automatic email is sent to ourselves about purchase
  7. Admin sends online skills training course access to registrant

 

How to Import Adoption Applications, Volunteer Forms and Temperament Assessments:

  1. Click Tools
  2. Choose Import Manager
  3. Click New Import
  4. Add Title with date (Volunteer, Personal Adoption Application, Assisted Adotion Application or Temperament Assessment)
  5. Click No to Spreadsheet Contaning Account ID Column
  6. Click Save and Continue
  7. Choose Accounts
  8. Click Save and Continue
  9. Upload CSV
  10. Yes to Header Row
  11. Choose Individual
  12. Checkmark – Import all accounts without checking for duplicates
  13. Checkmark – Each row contains one account and one address
  14. Click Upload Data
  15. Select the correct Mapping (Personal Adoption, Assisted Adoption, Volunteer or Temperament Assessment)
  16. Map any Unmapped data
  17. Click Continue to Import
