Email counselling is perfect for you if you can’t get to a phone or prefer to write things down. One of our counsellors will read your email carefully and reply with info, questions and suggestions for you.
The SANE Help Centre provides the information, guidance, and referrals you need to manage mental health concerns. Guides and resources for families, friends and others caring for someone with a mental illness.
Writing can be a great way of getting things out. And emailing our counsellors gives you the space to say exactly what you want, in the way you want. You can share as much detail about yourself as you like. And you can double check what you’ve written before you send it to us.

SOS (Samaritans of Singapore) is the only suicide prevention centre in Singapore. It is a secular non-profit organisation which provides 24-hour confidential emotional support to people who have difficulty coping during a crisis, who are thinking of suicide or affected by suicide.
